Before ordering, send us a message telling us for which occasion you need the jacket, the colour/fabric/pattern you wish and your sizes, we will customise the jacket and make it a perfect fit for you
From the moment we receive the order with all the relevant information, the preparation will take about two weeks + shipping time (that depends on whether it's national (UK) or international)

To submit your measurements, please fill in the women's measurement form or the men's measurement form and email to us.
1. You MUST NOT take the measurements yourself, as this will make them inaccurate
2. When measuring the circumference of a body part, you must place two fingers inside the tape measure
3. You must also supply the measurements in both cm and inches on the form
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that your item does not fit correctly, we will gladly offer free alterations to the product.
However, please note we DO NOT offer refunds as every product is tailored to the individual.
If a product needs to be returned for alterations, we will find the cheapest option for you to return the product to us.
